Nice Knowing You has some nice solo acoustic punk artistry with a coffee house flavor and the warmth of a smoky bar along with some screechy vocals tinged with angst and rebellion. Softer sung Life On The Run, is all about the man and his guitar traveling the world abroad. Iron Bars is his home sweet home or home away from home when he’s not tearing up local stages. Paying dues, playing the blues and going on hard times cause that’s all a man has to do hanging out in his barred room, until he goes six feet down and the scene/audience changes. Afraid is a happy tune about going to Nashville and becoming a star, just him and his guitar. He’s the surrogate Tenacious D of D-Town and ain’t taken pluck from nobody.
